How do I book a stay?
You can book directly on our website from the reservation areaAre ANCV holiday vouchers accepted?
Yes, ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted either in paper format or in the ANCV connect version
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
Yes, optional cancellation insurance is offered when booking with the company
for Campez Couvert insurance, the conditions can be viewed at the link when selecting the option
Can we modify or cancel a reservation?
According to our terms and conditions, bookings cannot be changed or cancelled unless you have subscribed to cancellation insurance under the T&C. You can make a request to Campez Couvert. However, if we can, we are trying to find a solution. Also think about the insurance of your Visa card.
Arrivals & Departures
What are the reception hours?The reception is open from 15:00 to 19:30.
What are the departure times?
Rental departures are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., and those of the pitches between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Is a deposit requested?
Yes, a security deposit is requested for the rental accommodations; it is made by Swikly our
partner in bail
Is it possible, in exceptional cases, to arrive after the reception has closed?

What accommodation do you offer?The campsite offers chalets, mobile homes, ecolodges, Canadian cabins, bivouac cabins and

Can we choose its exact location?
No, the precise location is not guaranteed in advance, but you can write a comment during
the reservation with your sector preferences
What type of connection is needed for electricity on the sites?
Some locations are in standard mode, others in EEC P17 mode; if you are not available, we can lend you some within the limits of our stock.
What are the disabled facilities?
The campsite is in its entirety accessible for people with reduced mobility: reserved parking space, access to the buildings, the swimming pool, boat launch, 2 toilets, and 2 showers.
Are the accommodations heated?
Yes, the accommodations have heating except for the cabins
Is it possible to rent bed linen, cots and high chairs?
Yes, if our stocks are available you will be able to select the option when booking

Yes, pets are allowed under conditions and up to a limit of 2.
Should dogs be kept on a leash?
Yes, animals must never be left free in the campsite.
Are categorized dogs allowed?

Can we drive at night?
No, vehicle traffic is prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.; we have 3 parking lots.
Are visitors allowed?
