How do I book a stay?

Arrivals & Departures

What are the reception opening hours?
Reception is open from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

What are the check-out times?
Check-out for rental accommodation is between 8 am and 10 am, and for pitches between 8 am and 12 pm.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a security deposit is required for rental accommodation; this is handled via Swikly, our
deposit partner

Is it possible to arrive outside of reception opening hours in exceptional cases?

If the stay and deposit have been settled, and after confirming your arrival with reception, we
can arrange for you to arrive outside of opening hours

Accommodation & Pitches

What types of accommodation do you offer?
The campsite offers chalets, mobile homes, eco-lodges, Canadian cabins, bivouac huts and
pitches.

Can I choose my exact pitch?
No, a specific pitch is not guaranteed in advance, but you can leave a request in the comments section when
booking

Is the accommodation heated?
Yes, several types of accommodation have heating, except for the cabins

Is it possible to hire cot beds and high chairs?
Yes, subject to availability, you can select this option during the booking process

Pets

Are pets allowed?
Yes, domestic pets are accepted subject to conditions

Must dogs be kept on a lead?
Yes, animals must never be left to roam free within the campsite.

Are "categorised" dogs allowed?
Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Swimming Pool & Facilities

Does the campsite have a swimming pool?
Yes, the campsite has an aquatic area reserved for guests; it is open from
15 June to 15 September from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Are swim shorts allowed?
No, only traditional swimwear is permitted.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi access is available across the entire campsite

Traffic & Parking

Can I drive my car at night?
No, vehicle movement is prohibited between 11:00 pm and 8:30 am.

Are visitors allowed?
Yes, subject to conditions and after checking in at reception.

Life on the Campsite

Is the campsite quiet?
Yes, we place great importance on respecting peace and nature.

Are there designated quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are defined by the management.

When can I order bread and breakfast? Bread can be ordered during
July and August. By ordering the day before, your bread will be ready from 8:30 am. In case of
oversight, the village bakery is only a 4-minute walk away

Is the campsite far from shops? The village is a 4-minute walk away, where you will find
a cheese shop, a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant and a petrol station. The nearest shopping centre is
in Bellegarde, a 25-minute drive away

Is the campsite located by the river?
Yes, the campsite is located right next to the Valserine; a secure gate provides
access

Can I go hiking around the campsite?
Yes, numerous trails are accessible directly from the campsite.

Is the campsite family-friendly?
Yes, the campsite is geared towards nature and families.

Security & Regulations

Is the campsite secure?
Yes, the campsite is equipped with a CCTV system.

Are unaccompanied minors accepted?
No, unaccompanied minors are not permitted.

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite? The campsite provides 2 communal barbecues;
individual barbecues are not permitted
